Bizzabo’s Revenue Operations team is looking for our next teammate to help us drive operational success. Positioned at the nexus of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations, the RevOps team is central to every deal sold, every contract signed, and every customer served. If you are seeking to play an important role in day-to-day revenue generation while learning how a successful startup operates (and working with a great team!), this could be the perfect opportunity.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to learn how several key departments of a SaaS company function while working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations leaders. You will gain valuable skills in project management, collaboration, and business-critical systems such as Salesforce, PandaDoc, and RFPIO. The Operations team is highly collaborative, so you’ll gain exposure to many critical projects while working closely with awesome teammates.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist the RevOps team in ensuring our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers have the proper technology, processes, and knowledge to perform as effectively as possible. 
  • Work closely with our client-facing team members to ensure they follow proper guidelines in preparing contracts for our customers.
  • Process recently closed deals within Salesforce and other internal systems
  • Serve as the first line of defense for tackling small cleanliness/technical issues
  • Provide support to our sellers in navigating our systems and processes.
  • This role will report to the Head of Revenue Operations, and work closely with the members of the Revenue Operations and Revenue Enablement teams.

Who you are:

  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Extremely organized with a close attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and project manage incoming tasks while keeping cool under pressure
  • Energized by the fast pace and constant evolution of a startup environment
  • Self-starter and constant learner who shows initiative in finding answers & solutions
  • Interested in learning how Sales & Customer Success fuel the growth of an organization
  • Enjoy helping others (while playing a vital role in bringing in millions of dollars of revenue!)

Bonus: 

  • You have experience with Salesforce, Dataloader.io, PandaDoc, Docusign, Gainsight, Front, Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Tray.io, or Zendesk
  • You’ve worked in a Deal Desk, sales operations, or sales enablement role in the past
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar (but definitely not required!)

Our office is located in the Flatiron District. Our energetic culture extends beyond the office and into the neighborhood of trendy bars/shops. Bizzabo also has offices in Israel, London, Montreal and Kiev.
