The Role
We are looking to hire a Director, Enterprise Management to help lead our account management team. This role will have a significant impact on adMarketplace’s revenue and visibility.
As a player/coach, you will focus on helping our team dive deep into our client’s businesses to deliver excellent results and cross/upsell solutions. You should be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator and comfortable selling ideas at the executive level.
You will be responsible for managing towards revenue KPIs and building a results-driven culture on the account management team. You will own client relationships, retention, and growth strategies across our top advertiser account base.
What You’d Do:
- Serve as player/coach for team, managing your own accounts as well as ensuring the overall success of the team
- Build relationships with decision-makers within enterprise clients
- Help hire, develop, and retain exceptional Enterprise Account Managers and Account Specialists
- Work directly with our Senior Director, Enterprise Management to define account strategy
- Monitor day-to-day account management tactics across key accounts with an eye towards building out efficiencies in team processes
What We'd Like:
- 7+ years of experience in a role requiring consistent re-closing / upselling / renewal opportunities
- 3+ years of demonstrable increased team leadership/ownership in a client service organization
- Strategic thinker who is comfortable using data & insights to grow relationships, identify and solve problems, and build effective teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building internal and external relationships.
- Demonstrable track record of managing teams who have consistently achieved revenue growth across client base
- Proven ability to set clear and deliverable goals – demonstrate tenacity and a commitment to deliver and be accountable for results
- Experience hiring, retaining, and mentoring high-performing teams and individuals
- Understand advertiser landscape within performance advertising as well as reporting relationships in these organizations
- Comfortable building relationships and selling ideas at the executive level
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high growth environment
- Self-motivated, proactive team player who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive deep into problems to identify new solutions
