Your mission
The Sales Operations Director will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth at quantilope. This role combines strategic planning, sales operations, and sales enablement. Success in this role means assisting the appropriate sales group or business partner to drive visibility, efficiency, and value in our sales process. This role will span many functions -- from evaluating worldwide market opportunities, supporting the creation of the product growth strategy, business planning, market segmentation, sales pipeline analysis, and deal desk ownership. Deliverables include detailed analytic models, custom performance analysis, building a scalable reporting / dashboards from GTM tech stack, and packaging findings into presentation-ready content for our executive team. Expected impact across the organization includes but is not limited to improving lead conversions, win rates, sales efficiency, forecast visibility, customer renewals and ultimately overall business revenue growth.

  • Develop, manage, and enforce empowerment rules and guidelines for deal construction
  • Be the single point of contact for all custom deal development and approvals
  • Execute on deal closure process by acting as liaison between commercial, finance, and support
  • Support Sales org in ad hoc reporting, presentation development, and sales administration
  • Support Regional leaders in ad hoc reporting and sales administration
  • Manage forecast and pipeline processes and solution
  • Develop and manage core sales and existing accounts KPI reporting solution
  • Develop and manage forecast and pipeline reporting and distribution
  • Partner with Global Operations team on single reporting DB solution and key assumption metrics
  • Lead commercial side of FY planning - bottoms up and top down
  • Partner with finance on ad hoc planning activities and commercial assumptions
  • Manage the long-term business plan for commercial
  • Partner with Finance/HR and leadership on FY compensation plan development for commercial
  • Develop and manage individual compensation plans for all commercial team members
  • Managed monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation activities and distribution for commercial employees
  • Develop, manage, & execute all commercial related enablement activities
  • Manage global and regional enablement calendar for commercial team
  • Drive global participation and collaboration across teams
  • Develop pricing, offer development, and custom pricing guidelines to regional sales
  • Develop and manage sales handbook, detailing all processes that involve commercial team members, including expectations of individual roles
  • Administer all sales tools for the purpose of sales management and sales prospecting (CRM, data enrichment, etc.)


Your profile

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to a global sales team
  • Experience and deep understanding of SaaS, subscription, and consumption-based software revenue models
  • High level of comfort with financial modeling and analytical/BI tools
  • Broad experience across the sales and analytics tech-stack including Salesforce.com, marketing automation; Hubspot or similar
  • Strong senior executive engagement and influence skills
  • Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills specifically advanced excel skills
  • Ability to operate successfully in a growing start up environment that is fast paced and has the confidence and ability to wear many hats
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to new demands and seize new opportunities
  • High sense of urgency while working with integrity and passion
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
