As an Investment Sales Associate, you will help rapidly grow the real estate pipeline and our portfolio of profitable Domio properties. Domio currently controls hundreds of properties across the U.S. in major markets, with plans to expand into more gateway cities.

At Domio You Will:

• Generate leads and setting up meetings through consistent phone prospecting, networking, and research
• Develop a thorough understanding of the market and real estate fundamentals
• Compile a database of property owners, developers, and managers: who's renting, buying, and selling, investor information, insights, and transaction criteria
• Perform property evaluations and inspections, and compiling due diligence packets
• Negotiate existing deals and pushing leads through the pipeline
• Research comparable rental statistics and data on current market conditions and trends

Who You Are:

• 1-3 years of commercial real estate property sales / leasing experience
• Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, and able to handle multiple projects
• Ability to do consistent phone canvassing and effective follow ups
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment both independently and with the team
• Ability to perform under pressure and in a time sensitive manner
• Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with, or aptitude for, learning CRM software and sales tools
