The Sales Operations Manager role is a key resource in delivering the disciplines and information required to help drive sales performance, predictability and efficiency. These depend on the consistent execution of our sales processes, tools and procedures coupled with continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, forecasting and performance metrics.

As a Sales Operations manager you will:

  • Act as a liaison/partner between the Sales Team and other internal customers
  • Provide direction and manage a global sales support team to ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics
  • Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages and reports
  • Have a strong background in order management and processing
  • Act as the owner and daily interface for multiple operational activities such as Commissions, Deal Registrations etc.
  • Assist with developing, deploying, and managing tools that are needed to increase sales productivity
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations
  • Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned

About You:

  • You have a 4-year degree and at least 3-5 years of successful, professional work experience in sales operations positions
  • You have excellent analytical skills and demonstrated prior experience with CRM and ERP systems- Salesforce experience is a plus
  • You’re a dynamic, high energy individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to foster relationships with everyone in the team

Extra experience counts too!

  • Familiarity with MakerBot printers, 3D printing, 3D design, or digital fabrication is a very big plus!
