Overview

Revenue Operations is the foundation of VICE’s media business, by building scalable solutions to help understand our rapidly growing global organization. This position will work in Vice’s dynamic, creative, and fun work environment and offers rare ownership opportunities by crafting new solutions that will be utilized across every department within VICE. This opportunity is part of VICE's Ad Operations team where you'll partner with the sales, finance, and information systems to steward ad products and handle ad systems implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate interdepartmentally to lead ad product creation and implementation within VICE’s sales order management system, customer relationship management system, and ad server to ensure data continuity.
• Partners with Information Systems and Media Strategy teams to ensure the highest level of data integrity and most efficient and effective system data entry.
• Lead weekly global ad systems communications and provide policy and process optimizations. Be the go-to person for all global hubs.
• Accountable for the operational workflow for ad operations, media strategy, and campaign management. Identify areas of improvement and lead operational optimizations.
• Act as the point of contact for ad system troubleshooting, which includes Operative, DFP and Staq.
• Track and measure intercompany rules and revenue allocations to facilitate accurate revenue reporting.
• Be responsible for the onboarding of new Digital employees to the systems and new partners to the portal.
• Promote accountability and consistency with internal customers who use these systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of previous experience working in an ad product and order management software, as well as with cross-functional sales teams.
• Experience with, or knowledge of, Operative, Doubleclick for Publishers.
• Passionate about interpreting operational data and processes into recommendations and insights with the ability to clearly translate complex information to all layers of the organization.

Requirements

• Understanding of digital media sales and information platforms such as Operative, DFP, Moat, Krux, Google Analytics, CRM, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree.
