We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the financial services and technology space and is motivated to learn in a fast-paced culture. This individual will support the Partner Solutions “Demand” team who is responsible for developing and navigating complex, consultative, growth-focused strategic partnerships with marquee Financial Institutions such as Marcus Goldman Sachs, SoFi, and American Express. In this role, your primary focus will be to work closely with Partner Managers to meet partner needs. You will work extensively with sales, analytics, and product teams to coordinate optimizations and initiatives on behalf of your partners. This role is a 3 month contract with the possibility of transition into full time. 

Responsibilities

  • Support Sr. Partner Managers on top-tier/platinum accounts
  • Record partner feedback for existing products and ideas for new initiatives
  • Pull and format reporting for internal and external stakeholders to meet partner needs and improve campaign performance
  • Support scheduling partner meetings, prepare presentations and follow up on requests
  • Reconcile payment discrepancies with partners
  • Own and optimize success for bronze and silver clients
  • Advocate for partner feature needsMaintain partner configurations in the UI
  • Monitor and investigate fluctuations in partner performance
  • Ad hoc requests as needed

Requirements

  • Business-related degree
  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years experience in account or partner management, affiliate or digital marketing or e-commerce space.
  • Financial services experience a plus but not required
  • Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and work with various departments and stakeholders in the company.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, drive reporting, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite.
  • Knowledg about various technologies to build partnerships (e.g. API’s, iFrame, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, etc.) a plus but not required.
