Bucket Listers is growing and looking for someone who lives and breathes partnership building and sales. This individual will have the opportunity to work with the most incredible brands/businesses as they chart their course for reaching the localized, highly engaged, and experience hungry demographic across our extensive portfolio of social media channels

Responsibilities:

  • Elevate the Bucket Listers brand by developing creative and high-impact partnerships
  • Raise marketplace awareness of Bucket Listers value proposition
  • Identify, pursue, structure, and negotiate partnerships with strategic brands and businesses
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Bucket Listers products, content, and strategy
  • Carefully prospect both local and national leads 
  • Conduct a high volume of weekly outreach, inbound and outbound 
  • Exceed personal monthly/quarterly sales quota
  • Maintain superior CRM and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with the extended Bucket Listers team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Passion for exploration and the Bucket Listers mission
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3+ years proven experience generating partnerships in a B2B environment
  • Experience working with or for top digital agencies
  • Passionate about the media industry landscape, trends and competitive offerings
  • History of building strong relationships through high levels of customer service, integrity, and professionalism. 
  • Hyper-organized and strong multi-tasker who can easily manage numerous partnership pursuits while also engaged in projects based initiatives
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Keen ability to glean insight from CRM pipeline to strategically approach outreach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to build and grow a business
  • Experience with G-Suite, Keynote and Streak CRM preferred
  • Be happy, smile, and bring a positive attitude to our Soho office
