What We Are Looking For:

Persado is looking for a strategically focused Commercial Enablement Manager to build, deploy, and monitor a Global Sales Enablement program for new and existing business. You’ll partner with key stakeholders across the company to align the sales organization with supporting processes, initiatives, and strategy using relevant learning methods, infrastructure, and tools. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Learning & Development, you will support the sales team as we grow the business and make the process repeatable and predictable.

The primary purpose of this function will be to empower our sales team to be more efficient and effective to drive execution in the field. By enabling the behaviors and skills that will allow all account owners to:

  • Think like a customer
  • Understand the customer’s business and value drivers
  • Engage and speak authoritatively to senior executives at Fortune 500 companies
  • Qualify opportunities objectively
  • Build account relationships proactively and predictably

What We Want You To Do:

  • Build, deploy & monitor a Sales Enablement program supporting our entire global Sales Organization: New Business and Existing Accounts.
  • Execute critical initiatives within the Sales Enablement Charter.
  • Partner with the Sales Leadership & Sales Ops to launch new processes, methodologies, strategy, and best practices that align with Sales initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy learning content in support of Enablement program objectives
  • Build relationships with a wide variety of internal stakeholders to understand their goals, their challenges, and maintain a plan for how you can help.
  • Partner with Persado Sales leadership and the People Team to create and execute the strategy for the sales team skill and competency mapping and development.
  • Deploy Onboarding program for new sales employees that train and validate necessary sales strategy, processes, tools, and skills.
  • Assist in the Planning & execution of our annual Sales Kick-Off event for Sales and Marketing business units.
  • Plan & execute an ever-boarding program including, trainings (instructor-led and online), workshops, and activities to Sales Reps & Sales Leadership, supporting development initiatives.
  • Aid in Development, delivery, and training on effective sales playbooks in collaboration with sales leadership, product marketing, and top-performing team members.
  • Create and monitor sustainable feedback loops to capture and report on all enablement KPIs
  • Evaluate sales improvement and enablement technologies

Who You Are:

  • You are a skilled and passionate Sales Enablement practitioner with 3-5 years of relevant start-up industry-specific experience in an Enablement or Sales Operations role
  • You have a passion for data, systems, and how they can be used to identify and diagnose execution issues in the field
  • You have demonstrated success in supporting a sales team to be more effective and efficient
  • You have demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally to develop content and align (interlock) operational execution with strategic objectives
  • You have and can operate as a strategic advisor on Sales Enablement matters and their impact on the company’s strategic and organizational objectives
  • You are proficient in sales processes, methodologies, and skills
  • You are a strong program manager - a great project manager, communicator, and collaborator
  • You are experienced in developing and managing training, development, and gamification programs
  • You are comfortable and effective at delivering in-person & online training, presentations, and coaching sessions
  • You have a high proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • You like working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
