Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Associates in our New York office and will drive the expansion of Great Jones’s services on a national level. Your primary duties will include training associates on effective sales strategies and skills development, ensuring your team members consistently exceed sales quotas, use data to uncover insights and improve the sales process, and hire a best in class sales team. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.

What you’ll do: 
- Serve as the leader for your team by conducting team meetings, one-on-one performance reviews, call training sessions, and other team functions 
- Develop a highly productive sales environment for a team of 12+ inbound/outbound Sales Associates and support associates in order to outperform revenue targets 
- Support your team in getting deals through the finish line, at times helping them close directly, particularly for large deal sizes 
- Interview, hire and train new sales associates on company values, best practices, sales processes, technologies, and operational procedures 
- Oversee and review, often, the accuracy of contact information and activities recorded in the CRM database 
- Work cross-functionally to develop marketing strategies and materials for demos, quotes/proposals, testimonials, and other content for the sales teams to use 
- Achieve additional duties and tasks on an as-needed basis by the VP of Sales

What you’ll have: 
- Associates degree is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 
- 1+ years of B2B inbound or outbound sales management experience, high call volume preferred 
- Documented track record of building teams that exceed sales goals and targets 
- Salesforce experience is preferred 
- Passion for real estate and the desire to build something great from the ground up
