As the Sales Operations Manager at Beeswax, you will help us maximize revenue growth through the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of sales strategies, programs, systems, and initiatives. You will work closely with Finance and Sales teams on: sales pipeline management, sales qualification, quoting/pricing, sales training, commission plan development and commission calculations. This role will also be responsible for maintaining Salesforce.

The ideal candidate has worked with rapidly growing organizations and a broad spectrum of sales metrics, processes, and tools. A strong understanding of enterprise selling processes and experience with SaaS and/or Adtech are strongly preferred. We expect this role to identify and execute on process improvements in reporting, analytics, forecasting and performance metrics. The Sales Operations Manager will report to the Director of Finance and will work closely with multiple departments at Beeswax.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with CEO, Finance, Sales, and Marketing leadership to create, implement, and document various sales related processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and Salesforce hygiene
  • Work with leadership to design and implement key performance indicators required to ensure organization's success
  • Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with KPI’s
  • Establish, document, monitor and enforce sales team rules of engagement
  • Work with management team for ad-hoc reporting
  • Provide analytical support in defining quotas and territory/vertical alignment
  • Oversee sales compensation plan administration. Design sales compensation program rules, policies, and procedures
  • Work with the Finance team to support monthly and quarterly commission reporting
  • Ensure accuracy of historical SalesForce data and work with Finance to prepare ARR and cohort analyses
  • Primary salesforce.com admin
  • Automate lead provisioning and distribution in salesforce.com
  • Coordinate weekly, quarterly, and annual sales team meetings, including set agendas
  • Develop sales enablement training and documentation
  • Develop and own process for inbound lead assignment
  • Contract generation and negotiation, including redline management

Required Experience

  • 2+ years in a sales operations or similar role at a SaaS or AdTech company
  • Certified Salesforce Admin
  • Experience designing reports, metrics, and dashboards using Salesforce and Excel
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Marketing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in high growth, performance-focused environment
  • Experience with crafting contracts and document management systems/processes
  • Experience implementing “CPQ” tool(s)
