Who are we looking for?

We are on the hunt for a dedicated Salesforce Associate to help oversee our CRM, Marketing Automation, and Service Platforms. The Salesforce Associate will provide support to the sales and marketing organization through the customization and configuration of Salesforce. The position will manage the Salesforce.com database and reporting, and provide training and support to users. Additionally, this individual will provide administrative support to the sales team and coordinate related projects as assigned.

As an ideal candidate, you have a strong understanding of Salesforce, Pardot, and Service Cloud, and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to support proper use. You’re exceptional at managing multiple competing priorities and adapting to a flexible and fast-paced environment. We’re an early stage startup after all. Last, but certainly not least, you’re driven by a fresh perspective and entrepreneurial spirit.


What will you be doing at Vestwell?

  • Managing Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Maintaining and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
  • Building custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Managing operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Developing training materials and providing training and support to SalesForce.com end users.
  • Maintaining database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management.
  • Managing all sales related technical resources and migration of data into Salesforce.
  • Evaluating new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and providing detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
  • Administering KPI and related reporting for the sales group.
  • Coordinating activities between sales, marketing, operations, product, and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field
  • At least one year of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
  • Strong business processes analysis skills
  • Experience in implementation, training, and documentation preferred.
