Seller Acquisition Manager
As A Seller Acquisition Manager at Fiverr you will build the strategy and methodology for Fiverr’s marketplace supply, sourcing the best Seller’s talent from across the web and through live events. You’ll be expected to contact and recruit sellers to the platform and then follow up while they go through our onboarding flow in order to get them set up for success. In addition, you’ll be on the front lines, evaluating talent and conducting brief, qualitative information sessions with professional freelancers & agencies about their business, and presenting the Fiverr value proposition. You will also provide feedback that will help us to develop our own sales processes around targeting, data reporting and retention.
The ideal candidate has both sales and working with professional communities experience.
The performance of the Seller Acquisition Manager is based on specific metrics associated with activities such as candidate targeting, outbound communications, onboarding & retention efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Be the focal point for Fiverr’s Seller’s recruitment strategy, methodology and acquisition.
- Build, lead and execute a successful recruitment process for new agencies & freelancers to join Fiverr’s platform.
- Ensure qualified leads convert into sellers on platform and maintain a high conversion rate
- Asses and implement new recruitment outlets, methodologies and lead generation for finding talented freelancers (for exp: conferences, careers and job fairs, webinars, online targeting/PPC)
- Collaborate with category management, community, Customer success managers and other supply oriented teams to set shared goals to meet our holistic supply view and improve our process and targeting
- Leverage CRM tools to target specific geographic territories and verticals
- Analyze performance of various initiatives and support data entry into pipeline recruitment documents
- Share voice of customer insights and provide constant feedback to our Category, Customers success and Growth teams.

- Experience working in a sales/ business development/ customer success capacity, ideally from a growing online/ e-commerce start up organization.
- Proven ability to build a new domain from strategy through methodology to the day to day execution.
- Proven success in a metrics driven job with experience in tracking engagement metrics
- Demonstrated ability to exceed goals and passion about high quality customer service
