What you get to do:

As an Account Manager you get to manage customer accounts while building deep customer relationships and driving upsells. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers succeed on their hiring priorities and developing a deep understanding of their goals and objectives. You also get to form relationships with stakeholders across a variety of business units, manage a range of requests, and communicate priorities to our customer success team. You’ll also get a chance to work with our product team to implement customer feedback and ideas as we continue to build out our product suite. The role involves high levels of ownership and prioritization.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 3-6 years of account management, customer success, or sales experience  
  • 2+ years being primarily responsible for driving renewals and upsells 
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS accounts
  • Strong history of quota attainment
  • Early stage startup experience
