Description:
This cross-functional role blends accounting, finance and operations and interfaces with all departments. You will develop a deep understanding of the organization while creating robust financial processes as we continue to scale. You will be key to lead financial analyses and inform critical business decisions.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Perform month end closing activities and monthly analysis on revenue and expenses
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Perform inventory reconciliations and work with operations team to ensure accurate reporting
- Responsible for expense tracking and analysis on major vendor accounts
- Help lead the full-scale accounting implementation to Netsuite
- Support continuous improvement for finance, accounting and other operations

- past experience and building out valuable new skill-sets.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of accounting work experience showing rapid growth in past job responsibilities (combination of public accounting and private accounting a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- Proficiency with Excel required
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels; excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task and own complex projects with a keen sense of urgency and accountability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with Netsuite is a plus
- CPA is a plus
- System implementation experience is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory and SaaS based business models is a plus
