About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be working in a highly collaborative Strategic team to nurture and expand our Strategic Enterprise customers. As a part of this team, you’ll be the business partner for these customers, understanding their initiatives, and aligning them to the value Frame.io has to offer. 


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in a similar industry and/or at a SaaS company 
  • Confidence and command in managing SaaS renewal sales cycles
  • Experience generating a referral pipeline, qualifying and identifying expansion opportunities 
  • Strong negotiation skills as well as an ability to position value
  • Active listening skills and strong sense of empathy and curiosity both with customers and with the Frame.io team
  • Strong written and verbal communication and comfort in presentation settings
  • Ability to prioritize and organize accounts and activities to maximize impact 
  • Experience in collaborative tools, video creation or media workflow technology a plus
  • Enthusiasm and drive to grow within a rapidly expanding startup environment 

Responsibilities

  • Business partner of  Frame.io Customers relationship to create an exceptional experience for our Strategic Enterprise customers 
  • Partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to provide excellent post-sales experience to ensure new Enterprise Customers are set up for success
  • Build and grow excellent partnerships with Frame.io customers
  • Maintain an active pipeline of renewals and expansions to meet quota

Even with fun seasonal events, there are 2 recurring ones that stick out to me. We have a Meet the New Hires happy hour where new folks get to meet others from the company that otherwise they might not. The other is the monthly birthday celebration where we hang out, have some treats, and hype up that month's birthdays as they spin our prize wheel.

At Frame.io we’re re-imagining workflows and encountering unique problems all the time. I love tackling projects that at first feel like a completely tangled mess. Working from home has had an impact on each of us in various different ways and we're all adapting to this new reality of working, while trying to get work done. Recharging and self-care are a critical part of doing our best work, so we've added a new holiday and coordinated time off schedule.
