Who Are We Looking For?

A Manager of Strategic Partnerships to own day‐to‐day management of Fundera’s key relationships. A self‐starter who will lead implementation and ongoing optimization of strategic partner relationships. Someone who is capable of moving quickly and efficiently, while constantly interfacing with internal & external stakeholders and prioritizing & balancing a large number of requests at once.

In Business Development, you will...

  • Own the strategy for executing on shared volume goals with our largest partners.
  • Become a trusted resource for strategic partners to make them more competitive on the Fundera platform.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and provide regular analysis, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and improve on existing business processes to maximize the contribution of the supply side of Fundera's platform.
  • Represent Fundera to senior leadership at partners and at industry events.
  • Work with leadership to define and shape business development strategy.

You will need to have ...

  • 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a relevant start-up.
  • Experience in managing complex accounts simultaneously along with shepherding multiple cross-functional opportunities and projects in parallel.
  • Strong analytical & organizational skills, attention to detail, and a disposition to getting things done well.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mind, and strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, and the Google Drive software suite.
  • Previous experience with banks or lending (a plus), and ideally 3+ years in a partner management or client-facing role.
