Our client is embarking on an implementation journey with SAP SuccessFactors and seeks a skilled professional to spearhead the evaluation of data analytics solutions.
As the SAP SuccessFactors and Datasphere/SAC Data and Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our project, leveraging your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors People and Workforce Analytics and Planning. Your primary focus will be on evaluating and integrating SuccessFactors Analytics with leading data platforms such as Databricks, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), with the aim of delivering comprehensive, actionable insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate data analytics options for SuccessFactors People & Workforce analytics, including Databricks, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors People and Workforce Analytics and Planning to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement data models, integrations, and visualizations to meet business needs.
- Support the integration and deployment of SuccessFactors Analytics with chosen data platforms.
- Ensure alignment with project timelines, objectives, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in People and Workforce Analytics and Planning.
- Deep understanding of data analytics platforms, including Databricks, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), with exposure to Azure Data Lake preferred.
- Proficiency in data modeling, integration, and visualization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification, demonstrating expertise in People and Workforce Analytics.
- Certification in Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and/or Databricks, showcasing proficiency in respective platforms.
