Position Qualifications:
- JD is required (2020-2024 law school graduates preferred); must be admitted to the New York Bar and/or the California Bar
- Related experience, primarily in securities litigation, class actions, or other complex litigation experience is required
- Strong academic and professional credentials required; judicial clerkships are a plus
- Excellent writing and legal research skills
- Strong financial literacy is required
- Entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive approach, and the readiness to take opportunity and run with it is necessary
- Desire to represent investors rather than corporations
- Ability and desire to take a meaningful role in multiple complex cases, often opposite significantly more senior lawyers
- Excellent time management, multitasking and communication skills are essential
Position Details:
- This is a full-time, exempt position based in New York, NY
- This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays required); 2 days work-from-home)
Salary Range:
- Base Salary: $185,000 - $320,000
