**Direct Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology Consulting Sales Experience Required**

Your Relationships. Your Expertise. Your Next Big Opportunity.

You've built the relationships. You've earned the trust of life sciences executives. You know how to turn complex business challenges into transformational opportunities.

Now imagine what you could accomplish with a company that gives you the opportunity to bring those relationships an entire portfolio of consulting expertise, innovative technology solutions, and strategic managed services.

Welcome to Slipstream Life Sciences.

We're looking for an accomplished Senior Account Executive who knows the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, has a proven track record of developing significant business opportunities, and is ready to make a meaningful impact on a growing organization.

This is an opportunity for a successful life sciences sales professional who wants more than another territory or quota. It's a chance to help expand a business, deepen relationships with industry leaders, and connect clients with solutions that support critical scientific innovation and commercial growth.

If you've built your career selling technology consulting, professional services, Salesforce, Veeva, or managed IT solutions directly to pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations, we'd love to talk.

Why Slipstream? Why This Opportunity?

At Slipstream Life Sciences, we specialize in helping pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations navigate the technology challenges that come with innovation, growth, and transformation.

Our clients operate in one of the world's most exciting and complex industries. From emerging biotech companies advancing promising therapies to organizations preparing for commercialization, they need trusted partners who understand their businesses and can help them move forward.

That's where you come in.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Build something meaningful. Play a visible role in expanding Slipstream's relationships, client portfolio, and presence across the life sciences market.

  • Leverage the network you've worked hard to develop. Turn established industry relationships into strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.

  • Sell more than one solution. Represent a diverse portfolio spanning Salesforce, Veeva, technology consulting, managed IT services, information management, infrastructure, security, and enterprise transformation.

  • Engage at the highest levels. Work directly with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers at pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.

  • Partner with people who know the industry. Collaborate with experienced technical consultants, practice leaders, and delivery professionals who understand the complexities of life sciences.

  • See the impact of your work. Help clients build the technology capabilities that enable scientific advancement, operational excellence, and commercial success.

The opportunity is especially compelling for successful sales executive who wants to help shape growth—not simply inherit an established book of business.

You'll bring the relationships, strategic thinking, and commercial expertise. Slipstream brings specialized life sciences consulting capabilities and a collaborative team focused on delivering meaningful client outcomes.

The Opportunity: Lead Growth. Build Partnerships. Make an Impact.

As our Senior Account Executive – Pharma/Biotech Technology Consulting & Managed Services, you'll be a strategic driver of new business development and client expansion across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and biopharmaceutical industries.

You'll identify opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, and work alongside our consulting and technical teams to develop solutions that address critical client challenges.

Your success will be built on your ability to understand the industry, connect the right people, and turn relationships into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

Drive New Business & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, develop, and close strategic consulting and managed services opportunities within pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.

  • Leverage established industry relationships to open doors, generate qualified opportunities, and build a high-value pipeline.

  • Own the sales process from initial discovery through solution development, negotiation, and closing.

  • Develop strategic account plans that support new business acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term client expansion.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Build Executive Relationships That Last

  • Engage C-suite executives, senior IT leaders, commercial stakeholders, and business decision-makers.
  • Understand the business challenges shaping life sciences organizations, including commercial readiness, technology modernization, digital transformation, and operational scalability.
  • Position Slipstream as a trusted strategic partner rather than simply another technology provider.
  • Build relationships that extend beyond individual transactions to create lasting client value.

Bring Powerful Solutions to the Table

  • Collaborate with practice leaders, technical specialists, and delivery teams to develop tailored consulting and managed services engagements.
  • Connect client priorities with the right combination of business solutions, technical expertise, and professional services.
  • Lead strategic discovery conversations, executive presentations, solution proposals, and commercial negotiations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships across multiple consulting disciplines.

An Exciting Portfolio of Solutions to Represent

One of the most attractive aspects of this opportunity is the breadth of solutions you'll be able to bring to your clients.

Rather than being limited to a single product or technology, you'll help pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations solve challenges across their businesses.

Our primary consulting and services capabilities include:

  • Salesforce – Primary Focus: Life sciences CRM strategy, implementation, optimization, integrations, and commercial transformation.
  • Veeva – Primary Focus: Veeva consulting, implementations, platform optimization, and life sciences business process transformation.
  • Managed IT Services: Outsourced IT support, managed technology services, and strategic IT operations.
  • Information Management: Data strategy, governance, integration, information architecture, and analytics.
  • Infrastructure & Cloud: Cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, infrastructure modernization, and technology strategy.
  • Cybersecurity: Security strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance, and technology protection.
  • Project & Program Management: PMO consulting, portfolio governance, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

You'll be selling expertise, long-term partnerships, and business outcomes—not simply software licenses or products.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an established life sciences sales professional with the industry credibility, relationships, and enterprise selling experience to make an immediate contribution.

This is a specialized senior-level opportunity, and direct pharmaceutical and biotechnology consulting sales experience is essential.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

1. Direct Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology Sales Experience – Required

  • 5+ years of successful sales or business development experience directly serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or therapeutics organizations.
  • Proven experience selling technology consulting, business solutions, professional services, or managed services into these organizations.
  • Strong understanding of life sciences business operations, technology priorities, industry challenges, and regulatory considerations.

Experience limited to hospitals, health systems, medical devices, health insurance, general healthcare, or staffing does not meet this specific industry requirement.

2. Salesforce & Veeva Solutions Experience – High Priority

  • Experience selling Salesforce and/or Veeva-related consulting, implementation, optimization, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Understanding of how Salesforce and Veeva platforms support pharmaceutical and biotechnology operations, particularly commercial and business transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to engage decision-makers in strategic discussions about technology modernization and platform investments.

Direct Veeva sales experience is particularly valuable. Exceptional candidates with extensive pharmaceutical/biotechnology consulting sales experience and closely related enterprise technology expertise may also be considered.

3. Consulting, Professional Services & Managed Services Sales – Required

  • Demonstrated success selling complex consulting engagements, technology professional services, outsourced IT solutions, or managed services.
  • Ability to identify business challenges, develop consultative solutions, and close multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements.
  • Experience partnering with technical experts and service delivery teams to develop and deliver client solutions.

4. Established Life Sciences Executive Relationships – Required

  • An existing network of senior business and technology decision-makers within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or biopharmaceutical organizations.
  • Experience engaging CIOs, senior IT executives, commercial leaders, and other business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success turning executive relationships into new business opportunities and strategic accounts.

5. Proven Enterprise Sales Success – Required

  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated revenue generation, new client acquisition, and strategic account growth.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, executive negotiations, proposals, and enterprise contracts.
  • Ability to communicate measurable achievements, including revenue growth, quota attainment, and significant deal wins.

Experience That Will Really Set You Apart

We'd be particularly interested in connecting with professionals who have:

  • Sold life sciences technology consulting or managed services at organizations such as Salesforce, Deloitte, Eversana, SAS Institute, or comparable consulting and technology services firms.
  • Developed strategic relationships with emerging biotech, commercial-stage pharmaceutical, or established biopharmaceutical organizations.
  • Sold Salesforce, Veeva, or related life sciences technology implementation and consulting engagements.
  • Successfully expanded major pharmaceutical or biotechnology accounts across multiple consulting service lines.
  • Built new territories, opened strategic accounts, or helped grow a specialized technology consulting business.

The Kind of Professional Who Will Thrive Here

You're someone who has earned your success through relationships, credibility, strategic thinking, and results.

You're comfortable walking into an executive conversation, asking thoughtful questions, and identifying opportunities others may overlook.

You understand that the best sales opportunities aren't always about selling a predefined solution. They're about understanding a client's business, identifying what matters most, and bringing the right expertise to the table.

You're entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated by the opportunity to help grow something meaningful.

And while you're confident in your ability to develop business, you recognize the value of partnering with great people to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Why You'll Love Being Part of Slipstream

  • A Specialized Industry Focus Work with pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations advancing innovative medicines and therapies.
  • A Broad Consulting Portfolio Represent multiple business and technology solutions that create opportunities for deeper client relationships and expanded engagements.
  • Real Opportunity to Influence Growth Help build strategic accounts, shape opportunities, expand client partnerships, and contribute directly to Slipstream's continued growth.
