ABOUT EVEROPS

EverOps is the partner engineering teams wish they had but didn't know existed. We embed elite operators directly in our customers' teams to help them ship faster, reduce risk, and optimize cloud spend. We call them TechPods: forward-deployed, outcome-driven, backed by proven playbooks and AI-native workflows.

Every company now faces the same imperative: put AI to work or fall behind. But agents don't run on chaos. They need modern infrastructure, organized data, security, governance, and observability to run reliably in production. That is the layer we own. We help tech companies and enterprises move past AI demos and get real results from agents in production.

We sit in the sweet spot between strategy-only firms and staff-aug vendors. Not Big 4. Not bodies for hire. Operators who think big and deliver fast. Since 2012, companies like Coinbase, Snowflake, and Peloton have trusted us to scale platforms, cut waste, and modernize delivery.

We are an AWS Advanced Tier co-sell partner, and our go-to-market is increasingly AWS-led. Our thesis is sharp: make AI actually run in production on AWS, not in a slide deck. That is the wave this seat sells into.

THE ROLEBuild the new-logo engine for a company riding the AI-in-production wave

AI is changing what customers need from their infrastructure, and EverOps is built for that moment. This seat owns new-logo growth: you take a differentiated offering, a live AWS co-sell motion and a strong customer roster, and turn them into a repeatable engine for landing and growing new accounts.

Your pipeline comes from two engines:

  1. AWS co-sell. We run a live alliance motion with a full-time owner building relationships and surfacing joint opportunities. You partner with them and convert those opportunities into signed customers.

  2. Your own network and outreach. You pick the accounts you believe in and go after them, through your network, AWS relationships, events, and direct outreach. Creativity wins here.

You’ll start with a small set of existing accounts so you’re in motion from day one. Your focus and your upside are on new logos, and the deal shape rewards that: land with an Accelerator or focused project, then grow it into a long-term TechPod partnership.

What you’ll have behind you
  • A CEO who sells and will be in deals with you (but only when helpful)

  • An AWS alliance owner and an Advanced Tier co-sell partnership

  • Delivery leaders who can go deep with technical buyers

  • Reference customers like Coinbase, Snowflake and Peloton

  • A ramp that pays you to build pipeline in your first months, before full quota kicks in

Reporting

You report to the CEO initially, moving under a Head of Growth we expect to hire in the future.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Land and grow new logos for EverOps TechPod and platform engagements

  • Partner with our AWS alliance owner to turn co-sell relationships into signed customers

  • Build your own target list and open doors through outreach, your network and events

  • Run consultative, technical sales cycles with engineering and executive buyers, selling outcomes over features

  • Grow first engagements into long-term partnerships

  • Run a small set of existing accounts to get started

  • Forecast honestly and keep a clean pipeline in HubSpot

WHO YOU ARE
  • A builder. You’ve created pipeline, not just inherited it, and you can walk us through deals you originated.

  • A services seller. You’ve sold IT, managed or professional services. A consultative, technical sale, not a transactional one.

  • AWS-fluent. Fluent in the AWS ecosystem, or fast to get there.

  • Self-sufficient. You can run a technical, consultative deal end to end.

  • An operator at heart. You’d rather shape the playbook than inherit one.

  • Clear and credible. Your communication lands with senior buyers.

Nice To Have
  • AWS co-sell experience

  • Cloud, DevOps, or platform services selling

  • Early or founding AE at a services or infra company

  • A network in the AWS partner or cloud-native community

WHAT WE PROVIDE
  • Competitive base plus uncapped commission

  • Real upside for a real hunter, with equity in a growing, profitable company.

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Remote-first culture (before it was cool)

  • Full healthcare coverage

  • Professional development budget

  • Direct access to the CEO and leadership team

Location

Remote, based in the Western US, in or near a major city with a tier-1 airport. Enough non-stops to reach customers and partners without burning a day on connections.

Travel

Enough to build real relationships in person, but not so much that you burn out or stop selling. Expect roughly 20 to 40 percent.
