  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, marketing, consultancy, and customer success to deliver customized client outcomes.

  • Share insights, best practices, and market intelligence to strengthen team performance and collective success.

  • Stay ahead of aviation and travel industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience in data or software, ideally within aviation or travel.

  • At least five years of consultative, value-based sales experience with a strong record of achieving revenue targets.

  • Demonstrated success building and executing structured sales campaigns that drive consistent pipeline growth.

  • A self-starter attitude combined with openness to coaching and continuous learning.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills.

  • Ability to build consensus across multiple stakeholders and decision makers within complex organizations.

  • Experience using modern sales tools and techniques such as AI, social platforms, video, sequencing, and multi-touch outreach.

  • Proven examples of consistent, high-performance sales behaviors grounded in structure, preparation, and follow-through.

  • Resilient, curious, and motivated to continuously improve both results and personal craft.
