Job Summary
Responsible for providing account management and sales support for an assigned portfolio of existing customers and strategic DSP/programmatic partners. Develops and manages overall account strategies for specific named accounts, including identification of incremental revenue opportunities, new product and service opportunities, and retention of existing services. Responsible for overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction in addition to delivering customer revenue and retention objectives. Identifies and manages interactions with an assigned group of existing customers and partners to identify cross-sell, upsell, and repeat sales opportunities. Resolves business, operational, and technical issues while ensuring customers receive high-quality customer service. This role is a key member of the DSP Partnerships and Account Management organization and is responsible for overseeing strategic DSP and programmatic partner relationships. The successful candidate will combine strong account management and relationship-building skills with technical aptitude, commercial acumen, and project management experience. This individual will collaborate across multiple internal teams to develop and execute partner strategies, drive revenue growth, improve partner performance, and deliver successful business outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of partner success, and can effectively navigate complex challenges across a highly cross-functional organization.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
  • Own commercial relationships with a portfolio of DSP and programmatic advertising partners, with responsibility for account strategy, spend growth, upsells, renewals, and partner satisfaction.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Research and understand partner business objectives, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead strategic business reviews to identify customer needs, communicate performance, and drive revenue growth opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with DSP and programmatic partners, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner onboarding, business reviews, operational issues, technical troubleshooting, and escalations.
  • Coordinate and process client contracts, revisions, and account updates to support successful campaign execution and partner success.
  • Build and present customer-facing materials that communicate program performance, business insights, recommendations, and strategic opportunities.
  • Utilize knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, including DSPs, publishers, agencies, and digital video ecosystems, to support partner success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions that address partner needs.
  • Contribute to strategic account team meetings to ensure the success of live campaigns and ongoing partner initiatives.
  • Own campaign management recommendations and provide strategic guidance to agency and client stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and communicate relevant performance insights to improve outcomes, strengthen relationships, and support retention objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of customer objectives and successful execution of partner initiatives.
  • Serve as an escalation point for key customer and partner issues related to commercial agreements, operational concerns, pricing, and delivery challenges.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work variable schedules as business needs require.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partner management, customer success, digital advertising, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, publishers, agencies, and digital video workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic customer or partner relationships with responsibility for revenue growth, retention, and account planning.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Experience resolving operational, technical, or delivery-related issues in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred
  • Experience within advertising technology, programmatic advertising, digital video, CTV, or related media environments.
  • Experience supporting DSP, SSP, publisher, agency, or ad-tech platform partnerships.
  • Familiarity with programmatic campaign workflows, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Experience presenting business reviews and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and drive revenue growth opportunities across existing client or partner relationships.

Salary:
New York Pay Range: $100,106.20 - $150,159.30
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Targeted Commission: $21,441.18
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
