The RoleiPullRank is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own the success, growth, and execution of complex client engagements. This role sits at the intersection of account management, project management, and consultative sales.
As a Senior Account Manager, you are not only the primary client contact — you are the operational lead for the account. You are responsible for translating client goals into executable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring work is scoped, scheduled, tracked, and delivered on time and to standard. You are accountable for orchestrating the work of strategists, SEOs, content teams, and partners assigned to your clients.
Success in this role is measured by client retention, account growth, delivery reliability, and internal execution clarity.
The base salary range for this role is $83,000–$90,000, plus bonus determined by attainment.
Client & Account Ownership
- Own client accounts: ensure success, delivery, and satisfaction.
- Build long-term trust via proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Manage client communication
- Lead expansion & renewal opportunities.
Growth & Sales Support
- Develop proposals/scopes by coordinating internal inputs.
- Support inbound sales and represent iPullRank in growth discussions.
- Represent the company at industry events as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Account Management, Project Management, Client Services, or a quota-bearing role
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts, balancing relationships and execution.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational & project management skills for managing long timelines and shifting priorities.
- CRM & PM Software proficiency
- Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, content, paid media, CRO, social).
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions.
- Willingness to travel.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven leader in client success and delivery ownership.
- Thrives in dynamic, cross-functional, high-growth environments.
- Adept at planning/executing complex 6–12 month digital marketing projects without direct authority.
