  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management, ensuring all information is accurate and in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
    • Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, and provide insight into financial performance and operational trends.
    • Prepare reports for external audits and regulatory filings, ensuring financial records are well documented and in line with standards.
  • Accounting Operations
    • Review weekly cash activity and reconcile the bank accounts.
    • Oversee Accounts Receivable and assist with collection efforts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices, reducing aged receivables and improving cash flow.
    • Review payroll transactions and record intercompany entries to allocate expenses.

    • Support IPO readiness, audits, and tax filings, as needed.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field — or equivalent experience
  • CPA certification preferrable
  • Four or more years of progressive accounting experience, with at least two years in a senior accounting role, preferably in a technology company
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
  • Hands-on experience with financial close processes, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite is a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and experience with financial reporting tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
