CAPCO POLAND

* We are looking for Poland based candidate.

At Capco Poland, we’re not just another consultancy - we’re the spark behind digital transformation in the financial world. As a global leader in technology and management consulting, we thrive on helping clients tackle the toughest challenges across banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.

Turn complex AI use cases into structured, evidence-based decisions for banking transformation.

The Role

As a Senior AI Consultant within our AI Delivery Team, you will support the delivery of a strategic banking innovation programme, working across multiple AI use cases from initial assessment through to clear recommendations and decision-ready documentation.

You will run parallel use-case analysis workstreams, facilitate workshops, gather evidence and document business processes and requirements. You will apply a structured assessment methodology to score use cases and develop comprehensive dossiers that bring together business value, feasibility, risk, controls and implementation considerations.

Working at the intersection of banking, technology and responsible AI, you will assess regulatory and control requirements and use approved AI-enabled tools and workflows where appropriate to improve the speed, consistency and quality of analysis, while maintaining human judgement, review and clear audit trails.

What You’ll Do

  • Run multiple AI use-case analysis workstreams in parallel, coordinating inputs, evidence, dependencies and outputs to maintain momentum and quality.
  • Facilitate structured workshops with business, technology, risk and control stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, requirements and opportunities for AI-enabled transformation.
  • Gather and document evidence, current-state processes and functional and non-functional requirements, using approved AI-enabled workflows where appropriate to accelerate analysis while ensuring outputs are reviewed and validated.
  • Apply the agreed use-case methodology to assess and score opportunities across dimensions such as business value, feasibility, risk, controls and implementation complexity, producing clear, decision-ready use-case dossiers.
  • Assess relevant requirements and controls, including the EU AI Act, privacy, cybersecurity, access control, logging, explainability, auditability, human oversight and decision reproducibility, identifying gaps, dependencies and actions required for responsible implementation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated consulting or transformation experience within banking, financial services, technology or another regulated environment, with the ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams.
  • Practical experience with AI-related initiatives, including AI transformation, Generative AI, Agentic AI or other AI-enabled solutions, and an understanding of how AI use cases move from assessment towards implementation.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering evidence and translating business processes, stakeholder needs and complex information into clear requirements and structured documentation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, technology risk and regulatory considerations, including EU AI Act obligations, privacy, cybersecurity, explainability, auditability and human oversight.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to apply structured scoring methodologies, challenge assumptions and produce concise, evidence-based materials for stakeholder decision-making.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience developing business cases, use-case assessments, prioritisation frameworks or detailed use-case dossiers for AI or emerging-technology initiatives.
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and practical experience assessing AI systems within regulated financial-services environments.
  • Familiarity with model governance, access controls, logging, traceability, decision reproducibility and responsible AI control frameworks.
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary teams spanning business, technology, data, risk, compliance, privacy and cybersecurity.
  • Curiosity and confidence in using approved AI tools and automation to improve research, analysis, documentation and productivity while maintaining appropriate human review and responsible AI guardrails.
