  • Assist with RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation as needed

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to both technical and business stakeholders during the buying process

What We’re Looking For

  • ~5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions

  • Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Proven experience supporting complex, enterprise-level sales cycles

  • Strong presentation and demo skills. Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes

  • Solid technical foundation, with experience discussing APIs, integrations, and SaaS architectures (hands-on coding not required)

  • Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Collaborative and sales-oriented mindset -you enjoy partnering with AEs to win deals

  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to improve sales motions and technical messaging

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI, automation, voice technology, or customer engagement platforms

  • Background in sales-led SaaS, martech, contact center, eCommerce

  • Familiarity with common enterprise integrations: CRMs (Service Titan, Salesforce), data platforms, support tools

  • Experience supporting RFPs, security reviews, or compliance discussions

  • Startup or high-growth company experience

Closing

  • There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience.

  • Based on the anticipated level of experience we are seeking, we expect the compensation range for this role to be between $162,500 and $219,500. You are also eligible for commissions of up to 27% and benefits.

  • We will consider for employment qualified candidates with arrest and conviction records, consistent with applicable law (including, for example, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance for roles based in San Francisco, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for roles based in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County, and the California Fair Chance Act for roles based in California).

  • Where required by law, a criminal background check will not be conducted until after a conditional offer of employment is made, and any evaluation of a candidate's criminal background check will be subject to an individualized assessment that takes into account the candidate's specific criminal records and the responsibilities and requirements of the particular role.
