  • Own the full integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Design and maintain custom reports that serve as data sources for outbound integrations, including web service-enabled reports (RaaS) consumed by downstream systems and vendors.
  • Develop integration audit, reconciliation, and error reporting to monitor data flows between Workday and connected systems.
  • Partner with the HRIS team on reporting requirements for integrations built on EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and Orchestrate, and validate report-based integration outputs during testing cycles and biannual releases.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with data privacy, security, and audit requirements, aligning with organizational and regulatory standards.

  • Support Workday bi-annual releases by assessing potential impacts, conducting regression testing, and implementing required updates.
  • Collaborate closely with the HRIS team on configuration changes, integrations, and platform enhancements that affect reporting.
