As a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for the detailed execution and quality control of our regulatory processes, providing the critical data and support that underpins our strategic guidance. Responsibilities
Compliance and Project Support:
- Manage and prioritize a diverse set of projects and tasks.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time through meticulous execution
Regulatory Filings & Coordination:
- Prepare and file regulatory documents and manage ongoing processes.
- Provide timely and accurate support to senior consultants on all assigned client accounts.
Client & Team Communication:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients on specific project-related inquiries.
- Maintain clear and timely communication, ensuring clients receive the information they need.
Team Collaboration:
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and brainstorming solutions.
- Leverage your experience to take initiative and offer unique perspectives.
Business Development:
- Support business development initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting broadband to provide forward-thinking solutions and insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- A minimum of 3 years of industry experience supporting regulatory compliance for competitive carriers, new market entrants, and electric cooperatives, including CLECs and wireless ISPs, with exposure to FCC filings (Forms 477, 499, 481), USF contributions, ETC designations, Section 214 authorizations, outage reporting, CPNI compliance, and state PUC filings such as registrations, tariffs, annual reports, and compliance certifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Impeccable organizational and time management skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- A demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned tasks and projects while being an excellent collaborator within a team.
- The ability to easily navigate diverse teams and cultures, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Proficiency in essential software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams), SmartSheets, and Adobe Acrobat.
