About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst Relations Manager to define and lead our global analyst relations strategy across top industry research firms including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, GigaOm, 451 Research, and others. As a senior member of our marketing organization, you will shape how analysts understand our company, category, and technology—ultimately influencing enterprise buying decisions in the rapidly evolving data and AI observability category.

In this role, you will lead key research cycles, elevate our positioning in critical industry evaluations, strengthen executive relationships with analysts, and use analyst insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy. We are looking for a passionate, data-driven, and empathetic AR leader.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and own the global analyst relations strategy, ensuring consistent, compelling positioning across major analyst firms.

  • Lead high-impact analyst evaluations, managing end-to-end submissions, evidence packages, customer references, and analyst briefings.

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with influential analysts, maintaining an always-on cadence of briefings, inquiries, strategy updates, and roadmap discussions.

  • Partner with product, product marketing, and executive leadership to align analyst narratives with our technical differentiation, market category, and long-term product vision.

  • Drive competitive and category insight programs, synthesizing analyst research to provide actionable recommendations for product strategy, competitive positioning, and GTM alignment.

  • Ensure internal readiness for analyst engagements, developing briefing materials, messaging frameworks, customer story packages, and spokesperson preparation.

  • Collaborate closely with PR, content, and demand gen teams to amplify analyst mentions, reports, rankings, and key insights across campaigns, web, and GTM motions.

  • Monitor industry shifts in data quality, data observability, data governance, and AI observability, proactively identifying opportunities for Monte Carlo to influence category evolution.

  • Report on AR impact, developing executive dashboards, insights summaries, and recommendations that guide company strategy.

You’re a Fit If You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise developer tools or data infrastructure.

  • Proven success leading Gartner evaluation cycles with measurable improvements in positioning.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead analyst conversations and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent narrative development, storytelling, and technical-to-business translation skills.

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing leaders.

  • Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with a high attention to detail and clarity.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in data observability, data quality, data governance, or AI-related platforms
