Job Summary
FreeWheel, a Comcast Company, is seeking an analytical and collaborative professional to join our Sales Operations and Strategy organization as Senior Analyst, Revenue Planning and Insights. This role will support the team responsible for translating commercial strategy into actionable performance insights and investment recommendations that help drive long-term growth. The Senior Analyst will work closely with Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, and other business partners to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and improve recurring planning and reporting processes through scalable tools, automation, and thoughtful use of AI. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role for someone who combines strong analytical skills, business judgment, and curiosity with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Planning and Insights.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Business Performance & Insights:
    • Analyze revenue performance, pacing, and underlying business drivers to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
    • Partner with Sales, Finance, and business owners to help explain performance results and identify practical follow-up actions.
    • Identify and communicate emerging risks, opportunities, and performance trends across customers, products, sales teams, and channels.
    • Support forecasting and planning processes by maintaining a consistent view of key business drivers and assumptions.
    • Improve and automate recurring reports and analyses to make insights more accessible, timely, and scalable for internal teams.

  • Strategic Growth & Investment Planning
    • Conduct analyses that support senior commercial leadership in evaluating mid- and long-term growth opportunities across products, customers, markets, and business models.
    • Develop and maintain customer segmentation, opportunity-sizing, and prioritization analyses that help commercial teams focus their efforts.
    • Support the development of business cases for investments in headcount, capabilities, technology, and new commercial initiatives.
    • Research relevant industry and market trends and summarize their implications for FreeWheel's commercial strategy and operating plan.

Salary:
New York Pay Range: $84,642.69 - $126,964.03
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
