Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to join our Sales Operations Team.

About the role:

Senior Analyst, Growth Operations will work on the Oscar Growth Operations team to support and optimize Oscar's sales channels and partnerships.

You will report into the Manager, Sales Operations.

Work Location: This position is based in our New York, NY office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $79,488 - $104,328 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage implementations and onboarding operations with key distribution partners to enable them to sell and enroll Oscar products
  • Identify and resolve gaps within our sales processes and develop recommendations on how to improve efficiency of our various sales channels
  • Provide advanced support on complex escalations and work across the organization to identify root causes and manage resolution
  • Be subject matter expert for staff members across Sales, Operations, and Marketing, and contribute to cross-functional projects across the organization
  • Monitor key operational metrics and keep management informed of trends and insights
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an operations role, or other relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience working on projects with a team-based approach
  • Experience using basic SQL queries to pull data from databases

Bonus points:

  • Experience working with CRMs and sales operations solutions (Salesforce, Zendesk) 
  • Experience working within healthcare or insurance industries

Pay Transparency:  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
