Arnold New York is currently seeking a Senior Art Director with a passion for creating memorable and award winning campaign creation to join a team in redefining advertising in a digital age. Arnold is part of Havas, a global agency with a history of bold campaigns and out-of-the-box thinking. The ideal creative conceptual, loves to tackle design challenges and is ready to make their concepts come to life. Most critically this senior creative must be idea oriented, incredibly curious and understands how to execute their ideas.  

 
This Senior Art Director will report to the Associate Creative Director and Creative Director teams and will also work alongside the Account Services, Production, and Strategy teams. They are responsible for the design and production of a number of broadcast and digital concepts aligned with a clear strategy. They will be ready to lead teams and be a mentor to junior creatives.  They are also responsible for completing projects through to execution, presenting work to leadership, and representing Arnold New York's creative process and integrity at all stages of an engagement. 


Here's what we're looking for:

  • 5-7 years campaign creation experience with a top integrated agency
  • Strong conceptual thinking – and a portfolio that displays it
  • Strong design chops with the ability to take direction 
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work with teams internally
  • A great attitude
