JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE ROLE

FOX One is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead the creative execution of our direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role combines hands-on creative leadership with people management, overseeing the development of integrated campaigns that span digital, social, CRM, paid media, in-app experiences, out-of-home, and emerging consumer touchpoints.

As a senior leader on the creative team, you'll oversee multiple creative workstreams while managing and developing designers, driving operational excellence, and partnering closely with cross-functional and executive stakeholders. You'll help establish creative standards, improve team processes, and scale the creative organization while ensuring FOX One delivers a best-in-class consumer brand experience.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Creative Director to translate the FOX One brand vision into compelling, integrated marketing campaigns across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead concept development and creative execution from strategy through final delivery across digital, social, CRM, paid media, in-app experiences, out-of-home, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of designers through regular feedback, performance management, career development, and mentorship.
  • Establish creative standards and review work across multiple projects to ensure consistently high-quality execution and brand consistency.
  • Oversee creative resourcing, prioritize workloads, and help optimize team capacity across concurrent initiatives.
  • Drive improvements to creative workflows, processes, design systems, and operational efficiencies that enable the team to scale.
  • Serve as the creative lead in the Creative Director's absence, providing leadership, decision-making, and guidance across active initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing, Brand, Product, Content, Growth, and executive stakeholders to influence campaign strategy and deliver cohesive consumer experiences.
  • Lead presentations of creative concepts and campaign work to senior leadership, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in streaming, entertainment, sports, technology, and design to continually elevate FOX One's creative output.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 7+ years of experience in art direction, brand design, or creative leadership within streaming, entertainment, sports, technology, media, or consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing creative talent in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience leading large-scale creative initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand systems, typography, visual storytelling, and creative direction.
  • Experience establishing creative processes, improving operational efficiency, and building scalable creative organizations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience supporting the launch or growth of a direct-to-consumer subscription product.
  • Experience working within entertainment, streaming, sports, or media brands.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, AI-assisted creative workflows, or emerging creative technologies.
  • Experience managing agency partners or distributed creative teams.
  • Passion for streaming, sports, entertainment, and consumer-first digital experiences.
