Job Overview

The Senior Art Director (Omnichannel) is a key creative leader responsible for developing and delivering strategic, on-brand creative across digital, print, and omnichannel campaigns with a primary focus on Fine Jewelry and support across Beauty, Designer Accessories, and Gifting. This role combines strong design leadership with photo art direction, driving concept development and visual execution from initial brief through final delivery. The Senior Art Director partners closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling customer experiences across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a highly conceptual designer with exceptional typography, layout, and art direction skills, strong creative judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

Essential Functions:

              Lead omnichannel design and photo art direction with a primary focus on Fine Jewelry while supporting Beauty, Designer Accessories, Gifting, and other categories as business needs require.

              Collaborate/lead projects from concept through final execution, developing compelling, on-brand creative across digital, print, retail, and marketing channels.

              Art direct photography and video productions in partnership with photographers, stylists, producers, and production teams.

              Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Editorial, Copy, Digital, Visual Merchandising, and other cross-functional partners to deliver creative aligned with business objectives.

              Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing changing priorities, deadlines, budgets, and production requirements.

              Present creative concepts, rationale, and project direction confidently to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

              Continuously improve creative processes and team workflows to drive efficiency and creative excellence.

              Develop, maintain, and evolve brand standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

              Stay informed on design, fashion, luxury, photography, and cultural trends to continually elevate the brand's creative expression.

Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university

5+ years direct experience

              Expert print and digital designer with exceptional typography, layout, composition, and systems-based design skills, balancing brand consistency with innovative creative thinking.

              Experience developing concepts, design, and art direction for Fine Jewelry, Beauty, Designer Accessories, Gifting, or other luxury retail categories.

              Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions.

              Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders.

              Collaborative leader with the ability to build strong partnerships across Marketing, Merchandising, Editorial, Copy, Production, Styling, Digital, and other cross-functional teams.

              Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

              Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe XD, UX/UI, packaging design, and motion graphics is a plus.

-              Deep understanding of luxury fashion, retail, photography, design, and emerging creative trends.

Physical Requirements: 

              Requires prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing

              Occasionally requires walking, bending, reaching, hearing and talking

              Continuous use of computers and other office equipment

Frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs.
