POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Art Director to bring a well-known brand to life. The Senior Art Director will partner with Senior Copywriter to concept a vision of creative possibility across various media touch points (TV, social, earned, activation, etc.), and will have the ability to form dynamic working partnerships with every level of the integrated team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ideate and execute sound creative ideas for client marketing materials in an efficient and economical manner
  • Create concepts that show a thorough understanding of the strategy and are extendable into campaigns
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our client’s brand tone and implement it into all creative jobs
  • Work independently and collaboratively with a Copywriter partner to develop ideas, refine concepts and ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met
  • Work with account supervisor and/or account executive to obtain project specifics: strategy, budget and schedule
  • Team up with peers to overcome obstacles and create client success
  • Offer client and team members innovative advice and solutions from industry examples and experience
  • Help organize, maintain, and oversee creative standards and guidelines
  • Offer insight on creative briefs and schedules
  • Work within tight deadlines
  • Prioritize workload and manage time effectively – personally and for the team as needed
  • Remain current on latest creative trends globally. Stay curious about award shows, past and present case studies, production companies, and everything that is being created by some of the best people and companies in our industry. Only by gaining an understanding of what kind of work moves you and what it takes to get there, you will then be able to create work that moves others.
  • Stay on top of the latest technological advancements, including design software, digital tools, and platforms, to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions
  • Remain curious about pop culture, social media trends and your audience's interests and behaviors in order to infuse culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns. Bring the outside world into our work, so our brands can join the conversation.

 WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • At least 4-7 years of industry experience in a well-established, creative role with a proven track record
  • Experience working across relevant mediums based on client needs
  • Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant experience
  • Solid verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to all levels of clients
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar software and AI Tools
