Senior Associate, Brand Creative Project Manager
The Creative Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, and trafficking of creative projects ensuring consistency with client strategy, commitments and goals. An ideal candidate would be able to help guide cross-functional resources for timely project completion and be comfortable presenting to senior leaders and decision ma kers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Wo rks with creative team, marketing strategists, and channel managers to deliver projects such as emails, signage, environmental design, direct mail, social, web, display, video, etc.
• Prioritization: Faci litates new project intakes for talent/reso urcing needs by business priority
• Builds out project plans and m anages assignments to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Utilizes workflow management tool (Workfront) for successful project delivery
  
  • Build timelines and workflows
  • Track project progress and ensure t imelines kept up to date
  • Proactively prob lem solve/ troubleshoot for team
  • Provide reporting as necessary for team(s) and leadership
• Facilitates team ceremonies such as stand-ups, kickoffs, creative reviews, and retrospectives
• Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Provide d irection and support to account management and creative services teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor' s Degree or Military Experience
• At least 2 years of work experience in Project Management or Process Improvement

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience with in-house creative, or advertising agency, or digital marketing
• 3+ years experience with Adobe Workfront
• 3+ years experience reviewing visual design and written content
• 3+ years experience supporting digital, or print, or social channels
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume (20+) of concurrent projects with shifting deadlines and priorities across numerous lines of business simultaneously
• Ability to independently drive both tactical and strategic initiatives forward
• Advanced problem solving skills to drive clarity

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager
McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Project Manager
New York, NY: $105,300 - $120,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
