Role Overview:
We are seeking a collaborative, service-oriented marketing professional to help financial professionals successfully navigate the marketing, prospecting, client growth, and client retention resources available to them.
This role serves as a trusted resource for agents seeking guidance on programs, tools, resources, and best practices designed to support business growth. The successful candidate will help simplify complex concepts, answer questions, remove obstacles, and connect field users with the resources and solutions best suited to their needs.
The role requires someone who understands how financial professionals build and manage their practices and can translate business challenges into practical recommendations. Working closely with partners across marketing, distribution, operations, training, product, and compliance, this individual will help ensure the field can easily access and utilize available resources and programs.
This is an individual contributor role focused on supporting the field, identifying opportunities to improve the field experience, and providing insights that help shape future enhancements to programs, tools, and resources.
What You'll Do:
  • Help financial professionals navigate available tools, programs, and capabilities by providing practical recommendations aligned to their business objectives.
  • Respond to field inquiries and provide timely support to agents and managers navigating marketing programs, tools, and resources.
  • Identify challenges, obstacles, and recurring questions from the field and recommend improvements that enhance the user experience.
  • Gather, document, and synthesize field feedback and insights to help inform program enhancements and business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain support materials, FAQs, playbooks, job aids, user guides, and other field-facing resources.
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, distribution, operations, training, compliance, and product teams to resolve field issues and improve support experiences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of available marketing programs, business growth initiatives, and field resources in order to effectively support agents and managers.

What You'll Bring:
Required Skills
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, field support, sales support, customer support, program management, training, communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to translate complex information into practical, easy-to-understand guidance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Outlook).

Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting field sales organizations, advisors, agents, or other customer-facing business professionals.
  • Experience developing training materials, playbooks, FAQs, or user-support resources.
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing user feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, digital marketing platforms, or customer engagement programs.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $81,000-$115,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
