Job Summary
As a Senior Associate Paid Social in Card Acquisitions, you support the strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of paid social campaigns that drive efficient customer acquisition and strong portfolio outcomes. You partner with teams across product, analytics, finance, risk, legal and compliance, brand, and external platform partners to align on plans and deliver results. You bring strong attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and clear communication to keep campaigns running smoothly and performance insights actionable.
Job Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and perform quality checks on paid social campaigns across platforms
- Implement targeting, creative, and tracking parameters accurately and consistently
- Monitor live campaigns for pacing, delivery, and overall performance health
- Own daily and weekly pacing updates against budgets and acquisition targets
- Pull, clean, and validate performance data across platforms and internal sources
- Maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards to support ongoing tracking and insights
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with accurate reporting and clear performance narratives
- Execute structured tests (such as creative, targeting, and landing page tests) with guidance from senior team members
- Track and document test results to build repeatable learnings and improve future performance
- Coordinate creative assets and approvals with creative and brand partners, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance requirements
- Support cross-functional coordination for approvals, documentation, and audit readiness; identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid social, or performance marketing
- Experience building and managing campaigns on major paid social platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows at the same time
- Comfort working with data, including strong Excel skills
- Ability to pull, validate, and organize performance data and maintain recurring reports or dashboards
- Understanding of core performance marketing measurement concepts, including testing and optimization basics
- Strong organization, follow-through, and execution skills in deadline-driven environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to align with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to partner effectively with analytics, creative, legal and compliance, finance, and risk teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends, surface issues early, and recommend next steps
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with Tableau or similar reporting and visualization tools
- Experience supporting acquisition marketing in regulated industries or financial products
- Familiarity with programmatic buying platforms in addition to paid social
- Experience improving processes through automation, templates, or scalable reporting approaches
