  • A strong analytical mindset-capable of interpreting complex datasets to inform strategy and guide operational improvements.
  • Experience in project management and business analysis, with a track record of enhancing data-driven operational processes.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders, understand and anticipate client needs, and deliver proactive solutions.
  • Experienced in managing complex cross functional initiatives, driving disciplined follow-through and ensuring high standards of service delivery across diverse business and technical stakeholders.
  • A technical skillset that includes any combination of SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, advanced Excel, Python (or other automation tools) applied creatively to solve operational challenges and improve efficiencies.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in developing presentations and fluency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Planner, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience with Yardi, Rockport or other real estate ERPs, including proficiency navigating their modules and data structures.
  • Real estate industry experience, particularly in asset management, property management, or investment management roles.
  • Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, etc.) and reporting/compliance requirements in financial services.
