Shape the future of experiential marketing with us. Chase Sapphire is looking for a detail-driven marketer to bring our most iconic partnerships and events to life — executing with precision, building structure, and delivering impact at every stage.

Job Summary

As a Senior Associate in Sapphire Partnerships and Events Marketing, you will own end-to-end marketing execution across a dynamic portfolio of live events, experiential activations, and brand partnerships — including properties such as the Dinner On series, SXSW, Apple Experiences, among others. You will serve as the operational and creative backbone of the team — tracking deliverables, managing asset routing, and ensuring excellent pre-, during-, and post-event marketing execution across all channels. You will bring equal parts process discipline, relationship management, and marketing instinct, partnering across internal teams and external stakeholders with confidence, flexibility, and clarity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building structure where there is ambiguity, and takes pride in executing with precision at every stage of a campaign.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end marketing execution for assigned partnership and event activations, managing all pre-, during-, and post-event campaign deliverables across email, social, digital, and experiential channels.

  • Become a Sapphire channel expert, understanding and supporting the production, deployment and reporting of Sapphire key channels such as the Sapphire microsite and newsletter

  • Become a Sapphire representative by understanding yearlong goals and initiatives to contribute to strategic conversations and planning.

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders on assigned activations, communicating clearly on timelines, expectations, and deliverables.

  • Build and route creative assets/asset decks and campaign materials through internal and external review and approval workflows, ensuring compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and internal controls checklists.

  • Ensure all deliverables and creative assets hold alignment with brand standards and business objectives; execute all partnerships with Chase Sapphire messaging, brand goals and initiatives in mind

  • Build and maintain standardized processes, templates, and operational documentation to improve team efficiency and execution consistency across the events and partnerships portfolio.

  • Maintain a comprehensive, real-time tracker of all event and partnership deliverables, including channel plans, asset status, approval stages, and deployment timing.

  • Oversee, guide and confirm content capture strategy for live events (photography, video, social-ready assets)

  • Support the development of marketing briefs, campaign recaps, and performance summaries, translating results into clear takeaways for senior leadership review.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Legal, Compliance, Channel, and Partnership teams to align on strategy and execute with precision

  • Manage and maintain internal controls documentation, QR code tracking, and compliance checklists

  • Apply AI and LLM tools to accelerate content development, briefing, reporting, and workflow optimization.

  • Monitor campaign performance and cardmember engagement metrics across activations, flagging opportunities and risks to leadership in a timely manner.

  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize resources to meet deadlines; execute brilliantly, calmly, and decisively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, content strategy, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and organizational rigor.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience routing assets and managing deliverables through structured approval and compliance workflows.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with project management and campaign management tools.

  • Working knowledge of AI and large language model tools and a demonstrated ability to apply them to accelerate marketing workflows.

  • Proven ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and brand integrity.

  • Collaborative, low-ego team player who builds strong relationships across functions and seniority levels.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or credit card marketing, with familiarity in cardmember engagement strategies.

  • Background in partnership marketing, media, or content creation for a consumer brand or agency.

  • Hands-on experience with event production and experiential marketing, including on-site execution support.

  • Familiarity with channel strategy across email, social, and digital — including performance measurement and optimization.

  • Experience building operational processes, trackers, or playbooks from the ground up.

  • Exposure to premium lifestyle, entertainment, or luxury brand environments consistent with the Chase Sapphire brand positioning.

  • Experience presenting to or preparing materials for senior leadership.
