About the RoleThe Fulfillment Strategy team owns a wide surface across productivity, supply, and service quality — and needs an execution-focused generalist to keep high-priority work moving. Right now, senior team members are bottlenecked because ambiguous problems require immediate analysis, process design, and follow-through that no one has capacity to own. You'll serve as a force multiplier: diagnosing problems, structuring solutions, and driving them through to measurable impact. This role moves across initiatives rather than sitting in a narrow function.
What You’ll DoInvestigate operational breakdowns and identify the root process, data, or ownership gap
Map and redesign workflows across intake, case production, quality, and internal ops
Build lightweight tools, dashboards, automations, and monitoring mechanisms
Track initiatives from launch through adoption and measurable outcomes
Conduct analyses that surface the team's highest-leverage opportunities
Respond quickly when service risks, capacity issues, or new business requirements emerge
Coordinate across Legal, Product, Engineering, Data, and Client teams to move work forward
Must-haves:
2–4 years in operations, consulting, or an analytical generalist environment
Comfortable working directly with data to diagnose problems and structure solutions
Able to make progress without perfect instructions or clean data
Strong written and verbal communicator who can bring structure to ambiguous work
Proficient with modern AI tools to research, prototype, and automate faster
Nice-to-haves:
Experience at an early-stage startup or high-growth company
Familiarity with workflow automation or lightweight tooling (e.g. Zapier, Notion, SQL)
You want broad ownership and move faster when given less structure, not more. You find satisfaction converting messy operational problems into documented, repeatable systems. You're energized by working across teams and functions rather than a single domain.
This is not for you if....You need a clearly scoped role with stable, long-term project ownership. You prefer to hand off execution once analysis or recommendations are complete. You're earlier in your career and still building comfort with ambiguity and independent prioritization.
