  • Attend and participate in conferences and industry events
  • Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements via conference calls, virtual meetings, in-person meetings, and industry forums
  • Actively manage and monitor transactions from initial inquiry through closing, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the closing team and other AREX team members to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Contribute ideas for sales, marketing, and educational initiatives to further position and grow the AREX platform
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on commercial real estate, REITs, and maintain up-to-date understanding of 1031 exchange-related market and regulatory developments
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements, including use of pre-approved marketing materials, prospectus guidelines, and licensing obligations
  • Timely completion of administrative responsibilities, including call reporting, deal tracking, and pipeline management using Salesforce.com
  • Conduct all activities with the highest level of professionalism

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
  • Prior experience in financial services required; experience with real estate, 1031 exchanges, DSTs, UPREITs, or alternative investments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with alternative investment products and wholesale distribution models highly beneficial
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
