About the team
The Connect team stands as a cornerstone within our organization, playing a pivotal role in seamlessly and efficiently guiding clients through the integration process. This involves facilitating the incorporation of their unique data for informed decision-making, thereby fostering product-led growth. Through immersive experiences meticulously crafted within our platform, the Connect team is dedicated to cultivating deeper engagement and ensuring an enriching user experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate our product and technical vision into a concrete roadmap, guiding the team towards success.
- Architect, develop, test, and deploy significant customer-facing features and projects using cutting-edge tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with teams across engineering to enhance processes, tools, and systems, aiming to boost the organization's productivity and effectiveness.
- Providing and receiving technical mentorship and guidance, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Embrace an iterative approach, swiftly iterating on features and solutions based on valuable feedback from both our product team and clients, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.
In summary, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product development efforts forward, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver impactful solutions and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Who we’re looking for
- Possesses a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing production-ready software, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering reliable and scalable solutions.
- Exhibits expertise in steering back-end and full stack technical projects, adept at prioritizing tasks, defining requirements, and facilitating productive discussions within the team to drive informed technical decisions.
- Brings to the table a collaborative mindset, having effectively led engineering teams in collective pursuits, fostering an environment of cooperation and shared success.
- Demonstrates a remarkable ability to adapt swiftly to the evolving needs of our growing organization and dynamic product landscape, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Strong command of backend technologies, specifically JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL).
- Experience developing well-documented RESTful APIs.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in Fintech or the financial services industry.
- Experience in React & HTML / CSS will be welcomed.

We actively share our compensation philosophy with employees, with the goal of fostering open and honest dialogue. Finally, we work to administer our philosophy and drive consistency in order to promote equity and monitor the fairness of each outcome.
This position has a minimum base salary of $154,000 and a midpoint base salary of $181,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs).
