Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field required.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration, benefits consulting, or total rewards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated expertise in health and welfare benefit plan design, administration, and compliance.
- Experience leading complex projects, vendor implementations, and organizational initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience evaluating benefit utilization, claims, and financial data.
- Experience working with Workday and large-scale HRIS platforms.
- Professional certifications such as CEBS, CBP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
- Proven ability to develop executive-level recommendations and influence strategic decision-making.
