Who We Are and Why Join Us

At OnMed our purpose is simple but powerful...to improve the quality of life and sense of well-being in our communities by bringing access to healthcare to everyone, everywhere. Our path to everywhere has already begun, with our innovative CareStation, a small but mighty, Clinic-in-a-Box, bringing #healthcareaccess anywhere with an outlet to plug it in. Poised to become a key component in America’s public health infrastructure, the OnMed CareStation is the only tech-enabled, AI-powered, human-delivered, hybrid care solution that combines the comprehensive experience, trust and outcomes of a clinic,  with the rapid scalability of virtual care.

At OnMed, every role, everyday, is directly impacting the communities we serve. You’ll join a high-performing purpose-driven team, innovating to break down the barriers that keep people from the care they need.

This is not just a job...it's a movement to bring access to healthcare where and when people need it most. It’s healthcare that shows up.

Who You Are

You're a self-starting hunter who thrives on building relationships — with consultants, and prospects to support the Commercial team. You're energized by picking up the phone, running a great outreach cadence, and turning a cold account into a qualified opportunity. You bring the same rigor to researching a prospect and briefing our Growth team, as you do to close out follow-ups after a sales call, and you know when to loop in Marketing and Sales Enablement to keep messaging and collateral sharp.

The Role

Drives OnMed’s outbound sales motion and day-to-day Commercial support: building relationships, researching accounts and preparing briefs for the VP of Business Development and General Managers, and running outreach that converts into qualified meetings. Collaborates with Marketing and Sales Enablement to keep messaging and collateral aligned to sales priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Pipeline Generation & Relationship Management

  • Proactively establish and manage relationships with new and prospective clients and consultants on behalf of the VP of Business Development and General Manager
  • Research accounts and contacts, build targeted prospect lists, and prioritize outreach against revenue goals
  • Run targeted outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels, to generate qualified pipeline
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the VP of Business Development and General Manager
  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to research prospects and personalize outreach

Commercial Support & Research

  • Research prospective accounts, consultants, and market intelligence to support the VP of Business Development and General Manager
  • Prepare briefing documents and account summaries ahead of sales calls, consultant meetings, and finalist presentations
  • Capture and own follow-up items and action steps gathered after sales calls
  • Edit PowerPoint decks for prospect, consultant, and client meetings

Cross-Functional Collaboration with Marketing

  • Partner with Marketing to keep messaging, collateral, and account intelligence current and usable for the sales team
  • Coordinate with Marketing on lead handoff and campaign timing so outbound efforts stay aligned to revenue goals
  • Support follow-up on webinars, content downloads, and events to keep prospects moving through the funnel

Systems, Tools, and Growth Analytics

  • Maintain data hygiene in HubSpot, keeping records, activities, and pipeline stages accurate
  • Optimize current tool stack, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and Claude
  • Build daily and weekly reporting, plus proactive reporting on outreach performance

Perform other role-related responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Startup mentality: a self-starter who takes ownership of projects and is comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
  • Proven ability to build and run successful outbound cadences and relationship-building efforts that generate qualified meetings
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM; HubSpot required
  • Skilled at researching accounts and prospects and translating findings into clear, actionable account plans for senior stakeholders
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including with senior HR, benefits, consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships, accounts, and deadlines at once
  • Proficiency with Claude, HubSpot, PowerPoint, Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3–5 years of sales, business development, or demand generation experience
  • Experience with outbound prospecting into employers, benefits consultants, brokers, or health plans is preferred
  • Healthcare, digital health, or employee benefits industry experience is preferred
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company is preferred

Reporting Structure

This role reports to General Manager (Commercial).
