  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of energy transition trends, regulatory shifts, and customer needs to proactively identify opportunities.

Complex Sales & Transaction Leadership

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through closing, with a focus on structuring and securing long-term agreements.
  • Lead negotiations for PPAs, ESAs, and other complex contracts, ensuring terms meet client expectations while delivering company growth targets.
  • Partner with engineering, project finance, and operations teams to build customized, bankable solutions.
  • Maintain a disciplined and transparent pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with solutions engineering, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align proposals with client needs.
  • Support the preparation of investment committee materials and executive-level presentations for high-profile transactions.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership to inform product strategy, pricing, and market positioning.

Performance & Growth Targets

  • Consistently achieve or exceed annual sales and margin goals.
  • Represent Calibrant at key client meetings, industry events, and conferences to expand visibility and strengthen brand presence.
  • Build long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring repeat and expanded business opportunities.

Requirements
