Senior Business Development – Energy Cost Savings Solutions
We are a rapidly expanding energy services organization helping property owners and operators take control of rising utility and operating costs through high-impact energy efficiency solutions, incentive programs, compliance support, and building performance upgrades. Our work sits at the intersection of real estate, sustainability, and financial optimization—delivering measurable cost savings while improving the long-term value and efficiency of each asset we touch.
We partner directly with multifamily property owners, commercial real estate operators, and facility managers to uncover hidden savings opportunities and turn them into executed projects. Our approach is highly consultative and ROI-driven, built around delivering real financial impact—not theoretical improvements. As demand for energy reduction and compliance continues to accelerate, we are scaling a team of driven sales professionals who can help bring these solutions to market at speed and volume.
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Representative to own outbound sales efforts and drive new client acquisition. This is a true hunter role—focused on building pipeline, opening doors, and closing new business within the multifamily and commercial real estate space.
