About Figure

Figure (NASDAQ: FIGR) is transforming capital markets through blockchain. We’re proving that blockchain isn’t just theory - it’s powering real products used by hundreds of thousands of consumers and institutions.

By combining blockchain’s transparency and efficiency with AI-driven automation, we’ve reimagined how loans are originated, funded, and traded in secondary markets. From faster processing times to lower costs and reduced bias, our technology is helping borrowers, investors, and financial institutions achieve better outcomes.

Together with our 170+ partners, we’ve originated over $17 billion in home equity loans (HELOCs) on our blockchain-native platform, making Figure the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the U.S. Figure’s ecosystem also includes YLDS, an SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin that operates as a tokenized money market fund, and several other products and platforms that are reshaping consumer finance and capital markets.

We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Most Innovative Fintech Startups in 2025 and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Finance and Personal Finance.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will sit at the center of Figure’s most important decisions, translating strategy into execution across Figure’s Lending and Digital Assets businesses, and ensuring leaders have clear, timely, and actionable insight into how the business is performing.

This role is a hybrid of business planning, executive reporting, and strategic problem-solving. You will own core components of quarterly planning, forecasting, and budgeting; drive weekly and monthly executive reporting against company goals; and lead analyses that directly inform decisions made by Figure’s executive team. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Finance, GTM, Product, Analytics, Operations, and Capital Markets to align priorities, surface tradeoffs, and scale Figure’s operating rhythm as the business grows.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, building structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and taking end-to-end ownership of work that matters. You’ll have exposure to both a scaled lending platform and a rapidly evolving digital assets business, making this a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of fintech and blockchain.

What You’ll Do

  • Own business planning and execution across Lending and Digital Assets, including quarterly planning, goal-setting, and ongoing performance tracking against goals
  • Lead executive reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly), ensuring leadership has a clear, consistent view of volume, pipeline health, economics, and key operating metrics
  • Own critical components of budgeting and forecasting, partnering with Finance to translate strategy into forward-looking plans and identify risks and opportunities early
  • Drive high-impact analyses on complex, ambiguous questions, framing problems, synthesizing data, and delivering clear recommendations to senior leadership
  • Serve as a connective layer across Finance, GTM, Product, Capital Markets, and Data, aligning stakeholders and ensuring decisions are grounded in shared facts
  • Build and refine frameworks and operating tools (dashboards, scorecards, planning templates) that improve visibility, accountability, and decision velocity
  • Scale the operating model as the business grows, identifying gaps, simplifying processes, and helping leadership stay focused on what matters most

What We Look For

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy, or business operations at a high-growth company
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to move quickly from data to insight to recommendation
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority, including with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; comfortable owning multiple high-stakes workstreams in parallel
  • High judgment, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment
  • Experience supporting or partnering with sales, GTM, or revenue teams
  • Interest in digital assets, capital markets, and/or DeFi is a plus

Salary

  • Compensation Range: $144,000-170,000/yr
  • 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
  • Company equity in the form of RSUs
  • This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plans
  • Company HSA, FSA, Dependent Care, 401k, and commuter benefits
  • Employer-funded life and disability insurance coverage
  • 11 Observed Holidays & PTO plan
  • Up to 12 weeks paid family leave
  • Continuing education reimbursement
