Senior Business Operations and Strategy Manager

The opportunity
Unity is looking for a Senior Business Operations and Strategy Manager to lead strategic planning, performance management, and operational execution for our Games Sales and Customer Success organizations. This high-impact role will drive business insights, operational rigor, and execution excellence across these critical customer-facing teams.

We're seeking an experienced leader with deep knowledge of integrating enterprise-grade AI tools and a background in top-tier management consulting. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Revenue, Product, Finance, HR, and Engineering to craft scalable, data-informed solutions that improve performance and empower our teams to operate at scale.

What you'll be doing

• Lead Strategic Planning & Execution: Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning KPIs and OKRs to team and business goals.
• Performance Analytics & Insights: Deliver data-driven analysis and dashboards to identify process improvements and inform key decisions.
• AI Integration & Enablement: Embed enterprise AI tools into business processes to optimize workflows, elevate insights, and improve team efficiency.
• Executive Partnership: Partner with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to align strategic initiatives and drive business impact.
• Program Ownership: Lead high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution in partnership with the COO and others.

What we're looking for

• AI Expertise: Proven success integrating enterprise-grade AI tools to improve business processes and scale operations.
• Consulting Experience: Background in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), with strong operational strategy capabilities.
• Operational Rigor: Expertise in building performance frameworks, driving process improvements, and aligning strategy to execution.
• Executive Presence: Strong communication and influencing skills, with a track record of partnering with leadership to deliver results.
• Data-Led Decision Making: Skilled at using metrics and analytics to drive performance and guide strategy.

You might also have

• Gaming Industry Familiarity: Experience working in or a passion for the gaming industry.
• Cross-Functional Navigation: Ability to operate within and across complex, matrixed organizations.
• AI Trend Awareness: Understanding of emerging trends and innovations in AI and their operational applications.
